You did know there was a second set of elegant stairs right?!   These servant stairs are beautiful and dramatic, and in any other house they would be a centerpiece, but here they are hidden in the back!  There is a cabinet in the wall, and a coat closet.  The basement stairs are back here too.  The servant's bell is still here but they never answer!

Look at the servants stairs from the top!  What a great room for pictures.  The floors are red-pine, very pretty.
